Against the blue-painted background of the icon, conventional architectures stand out that form the background on which the entire scene of the "Supper at Mamvri" takes place: the three angels seated at the table, are hosted by Abraham and Sarah, depicted in the upper part of the icon, each holding a bread. Stylistically, the painting of the icon is indebted to the post-Brâncovenesc painting from Wallachia (Romania), during the 18th century. (A.D.)
