6 round brilliant cut diamonds, G-H color, VS clarity, approx. 0.36 ct.: 3 marquise faceted sapphires, blue color, slightly included clarity, approx. 0.30 ct.; 3 marquis faceted emeralds, green color, slightly included clarity, approx. 0.18 ct. and 3 marquis faceted rubies, red color, slightly included clarity, approx. 0.30 ct. The ring has abrasions on the crown due to the wear.
