The album represents a history of the royal residence at Sinaia inaugurated by King Carol I in 1883, illustrated with numerous high-quality photographic reproductions. The work was supervised by art historian Alexandru Tzigara-Samurcaș and Colonel Nicolae Condeescu, the adjutant to King Carol II.
