The politician, deputy and undersecretary of state, Constantin Bucșan, sent a comprehensive handwritten letter to Marshal Alexandru Averescu discussing political issues related to the organization of branches of the People's Party, a formation founded and led by the marshal. It also mentions the divergences between different local party leaders. In the upper left corner there is a comprehensive comment from the general, written in blue ink and signed. The letter is carefully written in blue ink on vellum paper, it is dated and signed.
