Piesa reprezintă o hartă a Daciei și Moesiei, provincii romane la nord și sud de Dunăre, creată de Petrus Kaerius (Pieter van den Keere) și publicată de Johannes Janssonius la Amsterdam în jurul anului 1652. Harta, bazată pe surse clasice precum Ptolemeu și influențată de opera lui Ortelius, cuprinde un cartuș decorativ în colțul din stânga jos. Pe verso este tipărit un text explicativ în limba latină. Exemplarul face parte dintr-o ediție apărută probabil la mijlocul secolului XVIII.
