43. Biedermeier table, for living room, approx. 1820-1830

Biedermeier table with round solid walnut countertop and an ebonized foot. The vase-shaped central column rests on a base plate with three supports. The table may be easily displaced; the three supports featuring their original wooden rolls. The piece is restored, polished with shellac and is in good condition, with barely visible signs of wear, due to age, mainly on the base plate. The round hardwood walnut base plate had a tension crack that has been restored.
