The set of six walnut veneer Biedermeier chairs dates back to the first half of the 19th century. The rounded seats rest on the front conical legs, and on hind sword-shaped legs. The chairs have a curved backrest, typical of the Biedermeier style. The chairs feature straps, original springs and a modern white fabric upholstery.
The wood has been restored and polished with shellac. The chairs are in good general condition, showing minimal signs of wear, mainly due to age.
