The Puerto Rican actor and artist Lee Quinones initially gained fame as a graffiti artist in the New York subway in the '70s. In 2018, Supreme released several items inspired by Lee Quinones, including hoodies, jackets, shorts, trousers, and this skate, which is a typical example of subway graphics. The upper part of the deck includes Quinones's printed signature.
