Casetă în formă de trunchi de piramidă, cu capacul traversat de ansa unghiulară înălțată și compusă din două baghete unite central de un mic medalion patrulater. Decorația compusă din motive geometrice și elemente floral-vegetale stilizate în manieră Sezession acoperă capacul și medalionul laturii anterioare, restul suprafețelor fiind lise.
