Fondul glazurii, turcoaz, sugerând luciul apei, este completat elegant de bordura de frunze, încolăcite și pe anse, iar central, se dezvoltă motivul principal, al florilor de nufăr. Este o combinație ilustrativă și extrem de reușită a principiului ”liniei- formă” din Art Nouveau.
