Obverse: "IMP C C VIB VOLVSIANVS AVG" Reverse: "PROVINCIA DACIA / AN V" On its obverse, the coin presents Emperor Volusian's bust, wearing a laurel wreath, oriented towards right and surrounded by the Latin abbreviation of the phrase "Imperator Caesar Caius Vibius Volusianus Augustus", while its reverse contains the personified representation of Dacia, oriented towards left, holding an olive branch and a sceptre in each hand, together with, on one side, an eagle and a lion, the exergue inscription "PROVINCIA DACIA" and by the formula "AN V", the 5th year of the Emperor's reign.
