139. University Doctorate Degree in Law obtained by Petre Ionescu-Muscel, issued by the University of Rome, 1928

Petre Ionescu-Muscel (1901-1972) was a professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Bucharest and for a brief period a liberal prefect of Muscel county. The document presents, at the bottom, stamps and handwritten signatures of Italian and Romanian institutions and their representatives who confirmed the diploma. In the upper left corner is the equivalent resolution from the University of Iasi, with the handwritten signature of the rector Petre Dragomirescu.
