"Tantum Ergo Sacramentum Venererum Cernui" reprezintă o parte a unui imn scris de Toma D'Aquino în sec. XIII, Pange Lingua Gloriosi Corporis Mysterium. Relicvarul este confecționat din alamă, sub forma unui soare care are surmontată o cruce, cu aplicații traforate sub forma unui decor vegetal. În centrul discului se află spațiul destinat păstrării moaștelor, cu pereți din cristal.
