Extract with title sheet and 6 pages printed on both pages, in German, in Gothic characters, with 38 lines per page, richly decorated with typographic elements, frontispieces and initials. It was printed in the studio of Johann Petter van Ghelen, the printer of the imperial court, in Vienna. It contains the seal of the Chancellery of Empress Maria Theresa applied on paper, with traces of wax, is kept in very good condition and two handwritten notes: "Maria Theresa" and, probably in Hungarian, data on the original holder of this decree, on the last page.
