Casetă de formă pătrată, pe picioare mărunte. Corpul este decorat pe cele patru laturi cu ample medalioane, identice, reprezentând un corb în cuib. Pe fundal apare motivul decorativ figurat prin ramuri de copaci şi fructe de pădure, stilizate.Capacul sub formă de trunchi de piramidă este prins în șarnieră, și este decorat cu acelaşi motiv de ramuri stilizate. Butonul capacului este și el decorat, având forma unei broaște, prezentată într-o manieră grotescă.
