Deși nesemnată, piesa este un foarte bun exemplu de telescop pentru noapte (acromatic). Pentru a nu reduce cantitatea de lumină, acest telescop nu utilizează lentile de corecție a culorilor, iar imaginile apar inversate. Partea mecanică este în stare foarte bună. Piesa este de proveniență britanică, datând de la sfârșitul secolului XIX.
