Picior balustru, decorat cu perle, ove, virgule, volute, ghirlande florale, surmontate la partea superioară de busturi de putti înaripaţi, sub formă de telamoni, susţinând ghirlande. Balustrul se termină cu lumină decorată cu volute vegetale şi lebede.
