Distilat în 1995, această versiune de 15 ani a whiskey-ului învechit în două tipuri de butoaie Hogshead este semnată de negociantul Signatory Vintage şi face parte din gama The Unchillfiltered Collection. Culoarea sa pală exprimă prospeţimea şi puritatea aromelor marcate de note de plante şi bomboane de mentă. Stejarul este omniprezent cu note gurmande de vanilie. Fructele sunt evidenţiate prin arome de prună, struguri şi lămâie. O urmă de condimente se face simţită prin arome de anason stelat.
