Caseta din argint, susţinută de picioruşe volutate, este decorată cu bucheţele florale dispuse simetric pe fundalul martelat pe corpul şi pe capacul puţin bombat ce are conturul subliniat de un fir torsadat. Zona centrală este marcată de un caboşon crisopraz.
