This is an authentic triangular computer flight computer, Dr2 model, Fl.23825, as used by German Luftwaffe pilots and navigators during World War II. It is essentially a two-sided slide rule. The upper part is used to correct the course of flight due to wind direction: by setting the black arrow to the desired direction and rotating the white inner dial in the direction of the wind to black, then correcting the course by rotating the aircraft to the appropriate red angle. The part allows you to determine the influence of wind direction and speed on aircraft flight time by matching the outer and inner white dials along the black dial. Made in 1941, this metal and plastic device is in very good condition considering its age. The front and back dials rotate in the middle.
