Flacon cu dop din sticlă, de formă ovoidală, cu trei retrageri adâncite, plasate echidistant. Suprafaţa flaconului este îmbrăcată cu o plasă din crengi şi frunze de bambus realizate din argint. Pe gâtul cilindric este gravată inscripţia “With appreciation/Management Staff/ Sandoz K.K.”
