The honorary symbol "Eagle of Romania" is a specific decoration that is awarded to Romanian parliamentarians, members of the Chamber of Deputies or the Senate. It could also be conferred to foreign parliamentarians who had demonstrated outstanding merits in developing parliamentary relations with Romania.
