The medal was awarded to Alexandrina Păltineanu, the director of the Primary School for Girls no. 29 in Bucharest. The certificate bears the handwritten signatures of King Ferdinand and the Secretary of State for the Department of Education and Religious Affairs, Constantin Angelescu. On the lower left side there is the king's seal.
