Blind date este un proiect mai larg care a pornit de la însăşi etimologia expresiei împrumutate din limba engleză şi care presupune o întâlnire între doi necunoscuţi. Extinzând termenul, se poate spune că avem parte de un Blind date cu lumea, cu oamenii pe care îi întâlnim întrucât contemporaneitatea ne obligă la crearea aşteptărilor, şabloanelor, dorinţelor pe care le suprapunem ulterior experienţelor directe.
