On the doors of the triptych there is the inscription, with a Cyrillic alphabet: "This H.S. icon with the patronage of the Resurrection D. HS., for the company [10th] was made during the command of the Gendarmerie Regiment by D. Colonel and Knight Dimitrii Fotia in the year 1857 April 4th".
