Research information
A version of the work is reproduced in the album published on the occasion of the 'Horia Damian' exhibition held at the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Bucharest, September - October 2009. The work is part of the cycle "Project for San Francisco", designed by Horia Damian in 1978, at the initiative of the San Francisco Art Institute. In 1982, he draws a sketch of his work "Alexandruâs City", which he completed over the summer. A version of the work participated in the ""Horia Damian Centennial" exhibition, Romanian Academy Library, Bucharest, 2022, and it is reproduced in the catalogue dedicated to the exhibition.
