158. Păstorel Teodoreanu [1936]

The portrait was made by Eder during his temporary move to Bucharest (1935-1937). Most likely ,the encounter between the painter and the writer was mediated by Octavian Goga, who had known and collaborated with Teodoreanu since the 1920s (in the publication "Țara Noastră" ("Our Country"). In fact, in the same year 1936, Eder also made the portrait of Octavian Goga which is now in the collection of the Ciucea Memorial Museum.
