Maica Domnului Îndrumătoarea (Hodighitria), este realizată în această icoană, cu un chip evlavios ținând în brațe pe Fiul Ei, Iisus. Foarte frumos decorată cu ornamente stilizate de tradiție bizantină și modele ștanțate în foiță metalică, icoana prezintă o ipostază religioasă impecabil realizată de meșterii ruși.
