Volumul a fost publicat într-o ediţie de 250 de exemplare, cel de faţă având numărul 136. Acesta a aparţinut lui Vasile Dobrian (1912-1999) pictor, desenator, grafician şi poet român avangardist. Alături de Saşa Pană, Ilarie Voronca şi Urmuz, Geo Bogza a fost o figură marcantă a avangardei româneşti. În anii '30 volumele „Jurnal de sex” şi „Poemul invectivă” i-au adus poetului condamnări sub acuzaţia de pornografie.
