Artistul Paul Neagu realiza ilustrația copertei principale a LP-ului "Gradually Going Tornado" care cuprindea piese de Bill Bruford, Dave Stewart, Jeff Berlin și John Clark și împrumuta titlul albumului după o lucrare a lui Neagu din seria Hyphen a anilor '70. Albumul era imprimat de către EG Records DELUXE și apărea pentru prima dată în 1979.
