Pereche de butoni de manşetă decoraţi la exterior cu un cerc perlat, în interiorul căruia se regăsește cifrul personal al MS Regelui Mihai I.
Butonii sunt creaţi de marele bijutier al curţii regale Heinrich Weiss. Bijutierul îşi avea magazinul în Bucureşti pe Calea Victoriei 100. Weiss a confecţionat numeroase decoraţii şi insigne româneşti, fiind un apropiat al MS Regelui Carol II,
pentru care a realizat și multe bijuterii personale.
