Regele Carol I este reprezentat bust, trei-sferturi, în unifomă de mare gală. Placa din faianţă, glazurată cu albastru cobalt, este imprimată cu chipul regelui, peste care, pentru detalii, s-a intervenit cu mici tuşe de picturi cu email. Regina Elisabeta este de asemenea reprezentată bust, trei-sferturi, în rochie de dantelă, cu numeroase podoabe din perle – coliere şi ornamente de corsaj.
