Medalia prezintă pe avers, efigiile regelui Carol I și Ferdinand I, în profil către stânga. Circular, sunt dispuse o cunună de laur și inscripția „CAROL I . FERDINAND I”. Pe revers, zona centrală este ocupată de harta României Mari, cu principalele sale oraşe. În partea superioară apare inscripția circulară „SOCIETATEA REGALĂ ROMÂNĂ DE GEOGRAFIE”, pe când, în partea de jos, anii : „1875 – 1925”. Marca: „A. WEINBERGER”
