The artwork participated in the artist's eighth solo exhibition, Bucharest, 1978, cat. 20. The artwork is reproduced in the monograph "Spiru Vergulescu", Victor Ernest Mașek, Meridiane Publishing House, Bucharest, 1986, under the name "The way of the ancestors".
