A unifacies campaign taler issued during the reign of Johann Sigismund Zápolya as King of Hungary from 1556 to 1570, it shows on its single struck face, in a shield, the coat of arms of the Zápolya family, a wolf sitting on two paws, in profile to the left, emerging from three mounds. At the back of the head is a six-rayed star and in front a crescent. On either side of the body is the vintage "15 - 62", and above the shield is the legend "• I • E • R • V •".
