This digital work starts from an actual painting, bearing the same name, made by Liviu Mihai. In contemporary pop culture, a fictional figure like his mingles very easily with other figures which have, in the meantime, become icons (superstars). According to the artist, we might even say that Darth is a much more recognizable character than Marilyn Monroe or Michael Jackson. This socio-cultural media power to impregnate fictional figures in the joint consciousness has come to define a part of our current cultural mechanism.
