The piece is signed in print by the artist in the bottom left corner and the name of the Marvan publishing house from Bucharest, who printed the chromolithography, appears in the bottom right corner. The poster marks 50 years since Dobrogea became part of the Romanian state following the Treaty of Peace of Berlin in 1878.
