The text is written in Slavonic language and the title is rendered in red. A rich frontispiece covers half a sheet. The first page contains 12 lines with a floral decorated initial "K", predominating water colors (red and green). The first words mention "book Jesus Christ the Son of God". The frame surrounding the text presents numerous floral elements, adding artistic value to the space. On the verso, a full page of text contains 18 lines written with black ink. At the bottom of the page, there is a unreadable manuscript notation in Slavonic. The state of conservation is below mediocre. Browned paper, common patina, possible that the book has undergone a fire. The second page likewise marks the beginning of a chapter. The text marks the beginning of the gospel "Jesus Christ The Son of God". It contains 12 lines with a floral decorated initial "Z". Predominantly water colors are used (red and green). The frame is richly decorated with the same vegetal elements. On the verso, a full page of text contains 19 lines written with black and red ink. The state of conservation is below mediocre. The paper contains a barely readable watermark, possibly a wheel. Browned paper, common patina, possible that the book has undergone a fire. The bottom left corner of the page is missing. The third sheet comes from the end of the book. It contains text in red and black and a few manuscript notes in Slavonic language from the first half of the 18th century (1726).
