Carol Göbl was one of the most notable publishers and typographers in Romania during the second half of the 19th century. In honor of him, friends and collaborators edited this volume, which includes texts about the typographer as well as about the works he edited over 25 years of activity. The edition is a luxury one. The copy includes a handwritten dedication from the typographer to Stefan Hepites, a physicist and professor, the one who introduced modern meteorology science in Romania and organized The Meteorological Institute of Romania.
