The letter contains information regarding the project of a monument dedicated to Emperor Trajan, financial matters, and mentions the journalist Caton Theodorian who was viewed with caution. On the first page of the letter is the header of the National Theatre of Craiova, which Gârleanu directed between 1911 and 1914. The document is dated and signed by hand.
