The photograph captures the visit of the Great Voivode of Alba Iulia, the future King Michael I, on the building site of the cereal kiln in the Constanța harbour, a project achieved by the highly valuable constructions engineer Emil Prager, who also appears in the image alongside the future King Michael. Emil Prager has built several industrial and civil establishments in Romania and Bucharest. He is considered to be one of the most important personalities of Romanian engineering.
