Obverse legend: IC - XC Obverse description: Christ Pantocrator represented frontally sitting on a throne with a high backrest, richly ornamented. Christ has a cruciger halo, pallium and colobium and holds a book in his left hand, while blessing with his right hand. All within a double pearl circle. Reverse legend: MIX - AHΛ - BACIΛ O Δ Reverse description: Legend arranged circularly along the edge. Centrally, the bust of Michael VII is represented frontally, wearing a cruciger diadem with pendilia and wearing loros. In his right hand he holds a labarum, in his left hand a cruciger globe. Double outer pearl circle.
