PROVENANCE
the historic collection of Marieta and Dr. Ștefan Jianu. Two of the most passionate Romanian modern art collectors, the two doctors owned truly important items. Attracted by the creation of Nicolae Tonitza, Nicolae Grigorescu, Ștefan Luchian or Alexandru Ciucurencu, the passion of the two focused mostly on the works of Theodor Pallady.
