One patent includes the promotion of Captain Constantin Boerescu to the rank of major, on April 30, 1888, it is hand signed by King Carol I and countersigned by Adjutant General Constantin Barozzi, secretary of state at the Department of War. The second patent refers to the promotion of Major Constantin Boerescu to the rank of lieutenant colonel, on May 22, 1893, it is hand signed by King Carol I and indescipherably countersigned by the secretary of state at the Department of War. The third patent includes the promotion of Lieutenant Colonel Constantin Boerescu to the rank of colonel, on April 10, 1898, it is hand signed by King Carol I and countersigned by Division General Anton Berindei, secretary of state at the Department of War. All patents include the dry stamp with the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Romania.
