Compound cabinet consisting of two bodies. The lower body, an Iberian table, is supported by four ball-turned legs connected by turned side stretchers. From the middle of these, the table is reinforced by metal intermediate stretchers, joined under the top, in a double accolade, in the typical manner of Iberian tables. The rectangular table top is highlighted by small cartouches, bordered by fine ivory banding. The upper cabinet body is supported by ball legs with bronze bird's claws. The cabinet is architecturally treated, the base and the cornice are profiled, surmounted by a "balustrade" decorated with ivory cartouches on simili tortoise shell background. The body of the cabinet is richly decorated with vertically developed decorations in three revealed registers. The side registers, consisting of three small stacked drawers, are decorated with engraved ivory plates, painted in ink with hunting scenes (hunters against a landscape, hunting deer, lions, wild boars). The central register, represented by a door richly decorated with small ivory plates depicting a hunter with his flintlock pistol and his greyhound, is framed by small columns, the entire complex being entoured by vegetal motifs and hunting dogs. The door conceals two "secret" drawers, also decorated with zoomorphic and vegetal motifs.
