The reign of Maria Theresa represented a fundamental point for the development of the Principality of Transylvania, the sovereign modernizing the province through profound reforms and the implementation of enlightened policies. As a direct reflection of economic strength, the thaler facilitated trade in the intracarpatic area. The prestige and unwavering confidence in its standard were so overwhelming that the Austrian mint continued the striking of this type of currency with a frozen thousandth.

For clarifications regarding the bidding procedure, hammer price costs, guarantee, payment, and collection terms for the winning lot, we recommend carefully reading/re-reading the Bidding Regulations.
