Saint Nicholas is depicted seated on a throne with simplified decorative motifs, dressed in a grey tunic, red cassock and white omophorion with black crosses, giving blessings with his right hand and supporting the closed Gospel with his left. Around his head there is a golden halo and an episcopal mitre.
