The will is holographic, signed and dated 1 June 1931, written with black ink on vellum paper. All assets were left by the painter to his wife. The summons, typewritten, dated 23 May 1915 and signed holographically by the painter, refers to the unfulfilled obligation of the Tecuci city hall towards the artist who was not paid the amounts owed for the painting of the church of St. John the Baptist in the city.
