A letter is written on a ship during the crossing of the Atlantic Ocean and is dated October 26, 1895, and includes travel stories. The second letter was sent from Milan, dated December 5, 1899, and includes references to the musical world in Romania and Italy, concerts, fees, the opera in Milan and Bucharest. Both epistles are written in black ink on vellum sheets and dictation, are signed.
