The volume is written in black and blue ink and pencil. The notebook pages cover both diary entries and memories, and the pages are written on both sides. The writer has pasted various receipts and acknowledgements onto the sheets of the example that tell us about his daily life. On the main cover is the name of the Russian literary classic that Galaction read and which inspired many literary and psychological reflections and analyses. We also find thoughts about Romanian writers, such as Mihail Sadoveanu. Lists of expenses and shopping, addresses of acquaintances and their name days, other types of entries complete the volume. Sometimes the handwriting is disorderly, other times it is flowing, probably depending on the mood, fatigue, conditioned by the state of health of those moments. The piece is relevant for two reasons: on the one hand because it tells us about the man Galaction, on the other hand because it illustrates his writing talent.

For clarifications regarding the bidding procedure, hammer price costs, guarantee, payment, and collection terms for the winning lot, we recommend carefully reading/re-reading the Bidding Regulations.
